WINES
The wine follows the dish...

Our wines are selected by Xavier Dinet, a wine merchant at Flacons Divins and former sommelier at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. It is a curated selection designed to complement the cuisine: crisp whites, Provençal rosés, and reds that stand up to spices. Each wine is paired with dishes from the menu. Select fine bottles are available by the glass, and every month we feature a personal favorite at a fair price. At the bar, you will find spirits distilled in Thailand—gin, rums, whisky, and rice spirit—alongside cocktails crafted with our house-made syrups.
