gaeng krua saparot
Roasted spices, coconut milk, tamarind. Deep, refined, and very rare on a menu.
yum nueua yang boran
Boran, in Thai: ancestral. Hot on cold — contrasts are the whole art of yum.
goong obp woonsen
Shrimp, vermicelli and ginger in a casserole. The rest is told by the aroma.
goong chae nam pla
Raw prawns, lime, chilli. A starter that leaves no one indifferent.
choo-chii pla
A fillet of fresh fish, a red curry with notes of kaffir lime. An obvious choice.
